Tuesdays, 10-11.30am – £105 for 10 weeks (15 hours)

This 10 weeks course takes place in Edinburgh’s New Town and will develop your French  conversational skills on a wide range of topics!

Your teacher will provide themes and current affairs items for discussion in class, with your small group. This will enable you to develop your vocabulary and enhance your knowledge of French life today. Because this is a completely interactive course, you will get a lot of input in the classroom, which means you will be able to learn more about areas that interest you.

There will  also be elements of French grammar, to help you in developing more skill with complex sentences. This will involve weekly exercises, that will be prepared at home and corrected in class. The programme is quite flexible, but the use of the various tenses, including the subjunctive, pronouns, relative and other complex clauses will be covered.

During the course of the classes, you will also get the opportunity to watch and discuss one or two French films – details of which will be determined in class.

Contact Lise today to check if this is the right class for you: Free 30 minutes assessment of your present level!
